Account Registration Terms
- Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Creating an account using another person's details is strictly prohibited.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential; they must not be shared with any third party.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
Geographic Restrictions
jili9's services are specifically designed for players in Bangladesh. Online gaming may be prohibited in certain countries or regions. It is your own responsibility to confirm that using this platform is lawful from your location.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposit Terms
Funds can be deposited to jili9 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds deposited to an account may only be used for gaming purposes.
- Deposit payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposited funds must come from the account holder's own payment method.
- Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account closure.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours (under normal conditions).
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals may be on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
The bonus will not exceed ৳8,000. That is, depositing ৳10,000 or more will result in a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
Wagering Requirements
To receive the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only.
For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- There is a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement; if it is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Some games may not count toward wagering — contact the support centre for the list of eligible games.
Other Promotions
jili9 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer details. General bonus terms apply in all cases unless otherwise specified.
- It may not be possible to use multiple bonus offers at the same time.
- Bonus abuse or any attempt at fraud will result in account termination.
- jili9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
5. Gaming Code of Conduct & Prohibitions
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili9 platform and may result in the immediate closure of an account and forfeiture of the balance:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Playing games using software, bots, or automated systems.
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game system.
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Misconduct or harassment of other players.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Operating an account with false or incomplete information.
Fair Play Policy
jili9 believes in fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a neutral and verifiable random number generator (RNG). No game outcome is predetermined, and the platform never manipulates results against a player.
6. VIP Program & Cashback
VIP Tiers & Benefits
jili9 has three VIP tiers, determined based on player activity:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week plus additional benefits.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week plus premium support.
Moving up to a higher tier depends on your ongoing participation and regular gaming activity. Cashback is added to your account each week.
7. Responsible Gaming

jili9 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not a cause of financial problems.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

jili9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Participation in fraudulent activities.
- Proven bonus abuse.
- Failure to provide documents required for account verification.
Closure by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, however bonuses tied to incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.
11. Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and other policies together form the complete agreement between you and jili9. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by the provisions of this agreement.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be inapplicable or invalid, that specific provision will be removed and the remaining terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
Language
These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali, and the Bengali version is the highest authority. Any translation into another language is for convenience only — the Bengali version applies for legal purposes.
